Article 15 defines a grievance as:


“a dispute, difference, disagreement or complaint between the parties related to wages, hours, and conditions of employment.”



Any employee who feels aggrieved has a right to file a grievance.

Grievances are as successful as the documents and statement contained within.

A statement or an interview is a good place to start and then we can gather whatever supporting documents necessary.

You can click the link below to access a simple form we created to assist in initiating your grievance. It's fillable (from a desktop browser).

When finished, share the completed form with your steward to move forward with the grievance.

Union Hall Convention Schedule

The Branch Hall will operate on an alternative schedule during the days of the Illinois State Convention beginning Wednesday, June 12 thru Saturday, June 15.  

 

Members may contact the hall by phone, 7:30 AM – 4 PM Wednesday thru Friday during the week of the Convention.  The uniform closet likewise will not be open during the Convention.
