Article 15 defines a grievance as:


“a dispute, difference, disagreement or complaint between the parties related to wages, hours, and conditions of employment.”



Any employee who feels aggrieved has a right to file a grievance.

Grievances are as successful as the documents and statement contained within.

A statement or an interview is a good place to start and then we can gather whatever supporting documents necessary.
